Robatech expands Alpha series with Alpha S Pro and Alpha M Pro

With the new Alpha S Pro and Alpha M Pro versions, Robatech is adding two more all-rounders to its Alpha adhesive melter series. The Pro devices are suitable for gluing processes using up to six application heads in the packaging, converting, and graphics industries.

Alpha S, Alpha S Pro and Alpha M Pro

Adhesive application processes, such as those employed for wrap-around packaging or fruit trays, require the simultaneous use of various application heads. The new Alpha S Pro and Alpha M Pro versions therefore offer connections for up to six heated hoses. The adhesive application patterns are controlled via an integrated board, which can supply power to and control electric heads, if used. Pneumatic pressure relief ensures increased work and equipment safety.

"With two different melt tank sizes (4.1 l, 6.8 l) and melt rates (8 kg/h, 12.5 kg/h), the Pro versions of the Alpha series are ideally suited for adhesive application processes in the packaging industry, converting industry, and graphic industry," explains André Laubacher, Product Manager Small Units at Robatech. “Since Alpha S has already proven itself on the market since its introduction in April 2025, we are confident that our customers will greatly appreciate the efficient and powerful Pro versions for their fast and more complex applications.”
