Form for Requesting Deviation Permit

Robatech suppliers have the option of requesting special approval for the delivery of defective parts caused by the supplier's manufacturing process.

This procedure ensures that Robatech documents all changes to components or assemblies in its quality processes from the outset. Based on this data, the relevant departments, such as Development, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing, review and monitor the process. After reviewing the facts, you will be informed about the approval of the delivery.
