The Robatech integration kit connects ABB cobots from the GoFa™ CRB 15000 family with an adhesive application system that is individually tailored to your application. The combination of cobot and application system enables two- and three-dimensional adhesive application that is repeatable and needs-oriented. This increases the gluing quality and sustainably boosts productivity.
Integration kit for ABB cobots with holders for heated hose and application head
This integration kit allows the heated hose and the application head of the adhesive application system to be attached to the ABB cobot in just a few simple steps. The kit also comes with software for communication between the adhesive application system and the robot. The integration kit includes:
The adhesive application can be easily programmed via the ABB cobot's touch panel. The adhesive melter is controlled via this panel or, optionally, on the adhesive melter itself.
The integration kit is compatible with the ABB Cobots GoFa 5, GoFa 12, GoFa 10 of the GoFa™ CRB 15000 family.
