ABOUT ROBATECH

Headquartered in Muri, Switzerland, the Robatech Group is a leading global manufacturer of innovative and sustainable adhesive application solutions for industrial hot melt and cold glue applications. Robatech has produced and supplied high-quality controls, application heads, melting and dosing systems since 1975. Robatech is represented in more than 80 countries. Robatech representatives advise and support customers in a wide variety of industries around all questions and concerns regarding adhesive application and optimization of bonding processes.

Resources

Less is more: Our energy-efficient solutions process the adhesive gently and are economical. They reduce waste to a minimum. This benefits customers and the environment.

Service Life

High product quality, the easy interchangeability of modules and the continued availability of spare parts ensure that our products have a very long service life.

Ecology

With Green Gluing we bring ecological thinking and action into the entire life cycle of our products and solutions. For example, we produce withsolar energy and use an energy-efficient infrastructure.

Corporate Training

Training

According to the Robatech policy the sales- and service forces of the worldwide subsidiaries are attending the basic-, service- and application seminars at the headquarters in Muri regularly. Dedicated trainings are offered to OEMs-, key- and end customers at the headquarters or on site according to the demand.

For hands on training i.e. learning by doing the training centre is equipped with a wide range of Robatech products and further devices like conveyor belts. The customer centre for trials is completing the infrastructure with various web-machines and wide band slot nozzles for application studies.

Our “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase” (GTP) inform new Robatech suppliers about the contractual framework so that it can be satisfactorily reviewed prior to starting the collaboration. Our purchase orders and other contracts are always based on our GTP.

Robatech suppliers can have the delivery of faulty parts, which are caused by the supplier’s manufacturing process, approved via “Request for Deviation Permit”.

The approach ensures that all changes to components or assemblies are documented from the start in our quality processes. Based on this data, the issue is checked and monitored by the responsible units, such as Development, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.

After the issue is checked, you will receive appropriate information regarding delivery release.
