## 新增：喷枪集成断点功能

现在，通过Volta喷枪，将长胶线分割成短胶线或胶点操作较为简便。喷枪控制器可设定节约目标，该过程有助于在保持喷涂质量的同时，有效减少胶粘剂消耗，并对粘合效果产生积极影响。

 

## 聚焦可持续和能源效率

除节约胶粘剂之外，Volta相较于部分传统气动喷枪，能耗可显著降低。它无需使用压缩空气，有助于控制维护与运行成本。该喷枪结构较为坚固，设计寿命较长，操作周期可达20亿次。这一切有助于减少生产过程中的碳足迹。

“Volta是解决上升生产成本的理想方案，”包装业经理Rolf Gräser说，“通过该解决方案，我们不仅为客户提供了成本效率，还提供了一个具有可持续性和革新前景的喷胶应用方案。”

 

## 易于将其集成到现有的生产线中

Volta喷枪能够较为便捷地集成到现有生产线中，适配多种现有喷胶系统。集成通过24VDC连接完成，通常无需增压器；断点功能也无需外部控制器。
