乐佰得 Robatech 推出 Polaris，这是一款易于操作的喷枪，适用于粘度高达 4000 mPas 的无溶剂水性胶。得益于喷涂喷嘴中的防干结保护，通常需要在短暂生产中断期间进行的清洁工作已不再必要。

“喷嘴关闭技术在运行期间节省了大量时间，”乐佰得 Robatech 汽车行业经理 René Gnos 强调。“同时，我们纸托包装领域的客户非常看重精准且稳定的螺旋喷涂，因为它能使纸幅和包装纸都保持清洁。这正是 Polaris 也非常适合机器人辅助冷胶螺旋状喷涂的原因。”

这款 24 VDC 电动喷枪维护简便，可通过 PLC 或 Sirius 喷胶模块控制器进行控制。
