ロバテックはPolarisにより、4000 mPasまでの溶剤を含まない分散型接着剤に対応するユーザーフレンドリーなスパイラルヘッドを発売。塗布ノズルの乾燥防止機能により、短時間の生産中断時に通常必要だった清掃が不要になります。

「ノズル閉止技術により稼働時の大幅な時間短縮を実現します」と、ロバテック自動車産業部門マネージャーのレネ・グノスは強調する。「同時に、紙パレット包装分野のお客様からは、紙と包装紙の両方をクリーンに保つ精密で均一なスパイラル塗布を高く評価いただいています。この特性こそが、Polarisがロボットを用いたコールドグルースパイラル塗布に最適である理由です」

24VDC電動ヘッドはメンテナンスが少なく、PLCまたはシリウスコントロールユニットで制御されます。
