The combination of adhesive application system and robot allows even complex components to be automatically glued with precision and reproducibility. With the integration kit for ABB GoFa robots, the heated hose and application head can be mechanically attached to the robot arm in just a few simple steps using practical holders.
The integration kit for ABB also includes interface software for communication between the adhesive application system and the robot. The RobaVis user interface is displayed on the ABB touch panel. Thanks to lead- through motion and intuitive graphical apps, the adhesive application can be easily saved even without programming skills.
The integration kit is compatible with the three robot variants GoFa 5, GoFa 10, and GoFa 12.
