With Polaris, Robatech launches a user-friendly spray head for solvent-free dispersion adhesives up to 4000 mPas. Thanks to dry-out protection in the application nozzle, the cleaning normally required during short production interruptions is no longer necessary.
“The nozzle closure technology saves significant time during operation,” emphasizes René Gnos, Industry Manager Automotive at Robatech. “At the same time, our customers in paper pallet wrapping value the precise and consistent swirl application, as it keeps both the paper web and the paper wrapper clean. This is exactly why Polaris is also ideally suited for robot-assisted cold glue swirl application.”
The 24 VDC electric head is low-maintenance and is controlled via PLC or the Sirius control unit.
