Melting Plate

To process adhesives out if a steel or fibre drum Robatech uses melting plates made of aluminium. The surface of the melting plate is surface optimised to generate a high melting rate. The melting plate is coated with a release material for easy cleaning.
The melting plate is temperature controlled by an NTC sensor and heated surface mounted flat by heating elements.
