Jetting Solutions

In many automatic machines the hotmelt adhesive can not be applied in contact to the package. Jetting the adhesive from distance 5-200 mm onto the flaps of the box is the perfect solution. The fast switching applicator head equipped with a nozzle generates a dynamic jet that flies through the air onto the product. The valves ? for example SX and AX from Robatech ? have to switch very fast to generate cut off and precise positioning of the bead.
