Hotmelt Spray

Hotmelt spray applies the molten adhesive in fine or spiral spray format. Molten heated hotmelt arrives to the applicator head through heated hose under pressurized conditions. Then which the help of special types of nozzles and air flow the adhesive is dispensed in spray format. Hotmelt spray application could be ideal to cover wide areas of irregular surface with very little quantity of adhesives. It always applies in non-contact condition and is good solution where the bond strength required does not demand big quantity of glue application.
