Hotmelt Gun

Hotmelt gun quite often known as hotmelt applicator gun or head is one of the most crucial element of the hotmelt glue application system. The hotmelt gun is normally installed at the end of the heated hose which carries the molten hotmelt adhesive from melting tank under pressurized condition to hotmelt gun. Functionally hotmelt gun is made of heated block (which keeps the hotmelt adhesive heated up), jetting element which is like a small pump (which opens and closes the flow of the glue), nozzles (which decides the way the hotmelt glue is applied; and mac valve (which normally controls the on/off of the glue flow). Mostly hotmelt guns applies glue in bead form (dots or lines). However, there are number of other patterns (spray, spiral, coating etc) possible using various types of nozzles mounted on the hotmelt gun.
