Hotmelt Applicator

Hotmelt applicator Hotmelt applicators are the system to melt the hotmelt adhesive and apply them in required quantity and pattern in controlled manner. The system is made of melting tank, pressure pump, heated hoses, jetting heads and controllers. Robatech offers its Concept series of hotmelt units in the range of 5 to 30 L melting units and can be mounted with various type so jetting heads to apply homelt adhesives in different patterns. Bigger capacity hotmelt applicators like Jumbo (upto 180 kg/hr) and drum unloaders (for 200 L drums) are offered by Robatech to meet the requirement of big quantity of adhesives.
