Hotmelt Application Head

Hotmelt application head makes the application of glue or adhesive through a control valve. This control produces adhesive in bead form, spiral and coating. Hotmelt application head consist of several components. The heating bloc holds a heat cartridge and the temperature sensor. It also connects to the heated hose that supplies the liquid hotmelt. To the heating bloc the application valve also called module is wanted. Also a pneumatic valve is connected. The whole assembly is heated. This technology is used in the AX and SX application heads of Robatech.
