Coatings Technology

To bond two substrates together a thin layer of adhesive has to be applied. For this purpose a mechanical appliance with a precision doctor blade is in contact with a substrate. By precise manufactured slot the adhesive is metered accurately onto the doctor. With this
method open structure porous coatings as well closed films can be applied.
