On last Friday at 02:10 p.m. all the persons were forced by the means of the internal loudspeaker system, to leave the building immediately due to the fire with strong smoke. Thanks to the emergency-organization and to the big discipline of all employees, a fast and controlled evacuation of the whole building could be realized.

The fire departments of Muri, Boswil and Baden have been on place within very short time and they could extinguish the fire immediately. Even on Friday there was created a crisis management team and in coordination with our workers there was already organized the zones which had not been involved.

Specialized companies started already on Saturday with cleaning- and measures to narrow the damage. The crisis management organized on Saturday the next steps to be taken. On Monday there were already operative working 75% of the employees and on Tuesday all the employees could take up the work again. Specialists on fire and rehabilitation measures have concentrated strongly on cleaning and on clearing of the departments involved.

The crisis management team put a lot of pressure and interest into the target, to come back very fast to the normal readiness for delivery. The probes of the EMPA (national material testing association) have been made to guarantee the necessary quality approval. Each individual part had been especially tested. The normal quality- and functional tests are carried out consequently. The quality of the materials sent out from factory is therefore guaranteed. Unfortunately a certain smell of smoke within the packaging cannot be completely eliminated.

The company management and the crisis management team are informing at the moment that approx. 90% of the products can come back to a standard availability within the next 2 weeks. Employees, suppliers and the companies in the neighborhood offered their liberally help immediately in order to come out of this unpleasant situation within a very short time.

Customers have been informed on the situation of their pending orders and they did demonstrate enormous sympathy to our very unpleasant situation. We appreciate very much.
