The Luminescence Scanner is a glue bead detection sensor with integrated evaluation. The sensor is reacting on the reflected fluorescence light. The programming is done by the teach-in procedure. The Luminescence Scanner is used for cold glue applications only.
The glue bead sensor is a capacitive glue detection sensor and is designed as fork sensor with an opening of 20 mm. This sensor is evaluating the applied volume and exists as a dedicated solution for the Corrutack-System to glue the flaps of cartons of corrugated cardboard (American corrugated board cartons).
