The 1K-PUR is an applicator system for feeding and surface glueing of glued laminated wood, double and triple girders, wall, floor and ceiling elements as well as special components used in timber construction. The adhesive applied in these cases is a fibre-free single-component polyurethane glue (1K-PUR).
The system consists of the glue feeder, fill-level supervision, pump unit, conveying hose, applicator head and control.
A perfect application of the adhesive is guaranteed thanks to the precise gear pumps, the pressure supervision in the glue line, applicator valves which can be activated individually and the automatic calculation of the quantity to be metered by means of adjustable parameters. A trouble-free operation is ensured by e.g. the monitored stock of adhesive or adhesive temperature.
