Pattern Control AS-IK10
The AS-IK10 is a simple, time based pattern control for constant machine speeds. The pattern control can run on melting units of the newest Concept-series.
 

The pattern control is directly integrated on main board and ist driving up to two application heads and is sensing one trigger input.

 

Pattern Control AS-IK40/8
The ASK-IK 40/8  is a high-performance distance based pattern control for all hotmelt appliances equipped with the ICS electronics eveb for applications with variable speed. An extension board which simply can be hooked-up and permits the precise activation of up to eight application heads with up to two trigger inputs and a high resolution encoder.

 

Standalone Controllers:

 

Pattern control AS 30

The »AS 30« is a glue applicator control based on distance with predefined 24V control voltage. It enables the activation of up to four glue heads for the application of hotmelts and coldglues (ACX-Heads) in different programmable patterns. The control features an integrated palletising function.

 

Pattern control AS 50
The »AS 50« is a distance-based pattern control with programmable output voltage and over excitation for precise applications of adhesive at variable speeds. The control permits to activate up to four glue heads for the application of hotmelts and coldglues in programmable patterns

The model AS50 AK corresponds to the applicator control AS50, but additionally features inputs for checking of the applied glue by means of various verification sensors.

 

Pattern control AS 60

The «AS 60» is an extendable pattern control of modular design. It is suitable for precise adhesive applications at all speeds with inspection of the glue application on hotmelt and coldglue systems for more than 200 application heads and photo eyes.
