High Pressure Cold Glue Hoses up to 100 bar
The high pressure cold glue hoses are 100% diffusion proofed. These hoses are typically used in connection with piston pumps like for instance for glueing folding cartons or for Lap Glueing on a Flexo Folder Gluer.
Low Pressure Hoses up to 6 bar
Two models exist for low pressure hoses:
- The woven hoses with a slightly larger diameter are available with quick-acting closure. Typically they are used between a pressure tank and the glue distributor
- The smaller PE-hoses are normally used between the glue distributor to the ECXN low pressure heads.
Fixed Piping up to 10 bar
The fixed piping is 100% pressure stable and prevents diffusion (no drying up). The large cross section ensures a “share"-free flow of the glue. The fixed piping is mainly used for high performance equipment like the Webtack system for high speed printing machines.
