The Sift-Proof system enables the production of sift-proof folding boxes for detergent powders, salt, animal feed and other free-flowing products in powder form. Multiple lines of beads next to each other are applied precisely onto the folding box, resulting in full-surface and tight glueing when the flap is pressed into position.
This method ensures a complete barrier seals, excluding any product loss and furthermore preventing insects or moisture from entering. The cost-effective sift-proof glueing method permits to replace conventional packs featuring heat-sealed inner bags, liners or protective films.
