Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Robatech. Therefore, we operate our websites in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.

In the following, we provide information on the kinds of data we collect on our websites, the purposes for which we use such data, and the parties with which we share such data, where applicable.

Data collection

Browsing of our web sites and most other services do not require any personally identifying information.

We may collect limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. Some of our services require you to register for an account. We ask you for some personal information in order to create an account and we will use that information to provide the service. When we require personally identifying information, we will inform you about the types of information we collect and how we use it.

Information sharing

We do not share, rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals. We may only share such information in any of the following limited circumstances:

We may store and process personal information collected on our site in any country in which Robatech or our hosting providers maintain facilities. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information among these facilities, including those located outside your country.

Information security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. We restrict access to your personally identifying information to our employees who need to know that information in order to fulfill your request or supply our services.


The external sites linked to from our web sites are developed by people over whom we exercise no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of these websites.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files which are saved on your computer and which allow Google to analyze the use of our offer. Any information on the use of our websites (including your IP address) captured by a cookie is normally transmitted to a Google server in the United States where it is stored. Please note that on our websites, we have added the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to Google Analytics in order to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Therefore, upon our instructions, Google captures only a short version of your IP address to ensure anonymization and to prevent the disclosure of your identity. If IP anonymization is enabled on our websites, Google will shorten your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other member states which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. Google also complies with the data protection regulations of the "US Safe Harbor" privacy principles and is registered in the "Safe Harbor" program of the US Department of Commerce. Google will use the information provided in order to analyze how you use our websites, to compile reports on the website activities for us and to render services which are associated with the use of the websites and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics won't be linked with other Google data. Google will only transfer these data to third parties on account of legal provisions or within the scope of order data processing. On no account will Google combine your data with other data collected by Google.
